Ingredients
- ¾ cup (1½ sticks = 6 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- dash of salt
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4+ cups sifted powdered sugar
Instructions
- Using stand or electric mixer, whip butter, cream cheese, salt, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, beating on medium speed until creamy and well combined. Add additional powdered sugar if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
