Smashed Pear Bourbon Cocktail Recipe

Ripe roasted pear and smoky honey whiskey pair beautifully in this flavorful bourbon cocktail recipe!

Ripe roasted pear, honey bourbon whiskey and orange bitters are muddled together in this luscious bourbon cocktail recipe. The sweet, caramelized pear flesh is perfectly paired with silky Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey Bourbon Whiskey. Add lemon, ginger syrup, juice, and a splash of sparkling soda for a stout, flavorful whiskey cocktail recipe that celebrates fall!

I specifically recommend Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey in this whiskey cocktail recipe. It’s a honey liqueur whiskey blend that adds a lush depth of complexity, flavor, and aroma. And don’t be intimidated about the roasted pears, it’s an easy process that takes minutes.

Jack Daniel’s website explains “Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey is a blend of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and a unique honey liqueur of our own making, for a taste that’s one-of-a-kind and unmistakably Jack. With hints of honey and a finish that’s naturally smooth, Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey offers a taste of the unexpected. Real honey blended with Old No. 7 offers a naturally sweet, smooth flavor.”

If you’re wanting a stouter cocktail, add an extra ounce of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, or an ounce of your favorite rum! I prefer dark in this recipe, but like always, do you!
